    As a customer & a small business owner, I would like to warn others about my recent experience with *********** makeover **************** **.****** the owner of *********** makeover was so bad I felt it necessary to warn other potential customers & small business owners to steer clear of his ************* A month ago, I met with ****** to get a ************* for my company vehicle. ****** explained this entire process takes about 2 weeks to complete from start to finish, after that conversation I then put a deposit down in the amount of $1,400.00 for the service to be completed.The receipt had all the information on it, stat*** what I wanted in detail. After leav*** ******'s shop, communication with ****** was almost non-existent. Anytime I needed an update or information I would have to call ****** myself, If & when he actually answered his phone, he was always very rude, vague about updates & impatient with me. If I asked ****** for a general update, he would reply with comments such as "Relax, Chill out" "don't tell me how to run my business".Three weeks after my initial deposit, my design is ready for print***. When asked when my install date would be ****** mentioned he was very busy & he would need to schedule my installation after the completion of his other jobs regardless of the deposit I made a month ago, that he required me to pay in advance. ****** finally gives me an installation completion date of 04/26/2023, he confirms with me it will be ready to go on that date & again to chill out & don't worry. After receiv*** that information, a week ago, I planned & scheduled a business trip to commence after the wrap installation.The day before installation we hear noth*** from ******, not surprised because it's been that way since the beginn***. My wife calls ****** at 4pm the day prior to our scheduled installation only to find out he cannot complete the installation due to a printer issue, told me to come get my f-*** truck &refused to refund our money.

    This person at Kraken Electronics came to my shop very aggressive and demanding because his car wasn't wrapped due to technical issues with my printer, the light sensor on my printer broke and I wasn't able to get the colors printed right, that technical issue was out my control and needs a technician to come to my shop. I explained the situation but he was very aggressive and arrogant and won't gave me the chance to talk. I did my ****% to resolve the issue but with no success. The lack communication with me and him was poor because my designer was in charge to  talk to him and he did more than 50 times(text and voice) I don't get involve with the designs that's why I have a designer to deal with that.

    I was forced to call the cops because he said he is about to "take the s*** out of me and break my face" I have everything on video, even the police officer ask me if I want to press charges and I refused. Customer try to rip off the work order trying to hide any evidence of the work done ( see pic).

    I offer to give his money back but he can't use my design and he refused, I offer him to pay me my design and I will give the difference of the deposit but he also refused, He end it up STEALING my design.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    As ****** states he has footage of what took place at his shop. The footage would show my wife civilly and calmly asking for our money back, which ****** refused. Shortly after my wife got me to try to calmly talk to him while he starts to talk over me and yells at me to stop yelling.  ****** is not being honest with his comments. ****** is the one who tore the paper by grabbing it while my hand was on it. Both my wife and ****** called after the yelling intensified, and ****** came out from behind the counter and got in my face.  After the cops arrived, they took statements & told ****** he needed to refund my money because no services were rendered. ****** claims I stole a design; however, I do not possess that final design only drafts that he allowed his designer to send me. I have never in my life seen a business owner act as poorly and unprofessionally as ****** did. ****** had the design as well as my vehicle in his possession for over a week, so he was more than capable of doing his job before his printer broke right before my deadline with him. If ****** does have customers in the future, I can only hope that he stays in communication with them and can get their jobs done within a reasonable amount of time instead of letting them know less than 24 hrs before the deadline that they couldn't help and to "Pick up your f*ing car*
