    ***** stated he was insured. Mover damaged / broke my ******************************************* for the *** The ** was purchased in 2020 for $1079.00. I asked the mover to just give me 35% of cost which was $350. The mover said he would reimburse but never paid me. The mover demanded I pay cash for the mover. Now he won't respond or answer any of my messages.I have uploaded pictures of my ** before the move and after the move.

    Our men were assisted by customers friend in removing TV from wall. It was stretched wrapped & tarped in truck for relocation. Upon unloading at new address, we did not hang TV, we just brought it in house & set it were customer wanted it. We never saw TV on or plugged in to see if it worked at either locations! When this happens we usually don't insure electronics due to some customers trying to use our insurance unlawfully. We have contacted customer & will be sending a check to her for the inconvenience, but we are not admitting we caused the damage. We have camaras in truck & TV was never dropped or damaged in vehicle. We don;t know if TV ever worked or what happened when customer hung Tv.
