      I was extremely impressed with the work after hurricane ***. However, had a problem with the epoxy on the garage floor. After two phone calls and many promises to come to the house to fix the problem I give up. No one has shown up or texted to let me know if and when they plan on fixing this. So just make sure they do everything right the first time because it appears they dont come out to fix any problems.

      I had damage from hurricane ***; my home needed a new roof, soffits, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and some repair work to the subfloor and drywall. After fighting with insurance I finally got payment and was able to start repairs, but I didn't find out about Insured Restored until after the exterior repairs were already completed by others. If I had known about this company beforehand I would have hired them for all of the repairs. Anyway, I contracted with them to do all of my interior repairs and they did an A+ job! In less than 1.5 weeks they cut out and replaced the water damaged sections of subfloor, replaced part of the wall in my living room where mold had started to grow, blew in new insulation to replace what the storm had removed, patched all the holes in my ceilings where the water had damaged it, and they had everything painted and looking great again in no time! Great work, great craftsmanship, and EXCELLENT communication the entire time. Literally I could call ***** whenever and he would either pick up the phone right then, or call me back within an hour or so. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs repairs done to their home!

      .They are fantastic. They are wonderful to work with. They arranged the work schedule so that I did not have to leave my home. (other contractors said I would have to leave my home for five days) They did a great job and I totally would recommend them.

      I cannot recommend Insured Restored LLC highly enough for any of your home repairs or up grades. Our home was ruined by the hurricane! From having to replace windows and siding, restoring and painting numerous walls and ceilings, and removing and replacing the carpeting and other flooring it now looks like a new house!! Every step of the way ***** supervised our restoration! Les and crew could not have been more helpful, friendly, and hard workers. What was really nice was their dependability, cleaning up every night before they left, their concern about any questions I had, and ALWAYS available by phone! Any messages left were returned within hours! You can be 100% confident when you have a need for Insured Restored LLC for any home repairs you need!!!

      ****** . D,7/24/23 Our home was damaged inside and out during hurricane *** in 2022, I cant say enough good things about Insured Restored and their crew , you are always treated with respect and good manners, when they tell you what day they are coming they always show up even on Sundays, they just finished installing the soffit and fascia to our home. The crew did such an awesome job , I also hired them to do a personal job of painting all the trim to the outside as well as the entrance door, garage door and screen cage to lanai and front entrance, they take pride in what they do and if any issues arise they stand behind their work and do everything to make it right as well as willing to help with any extras like they even offered to install my new garage lights and new door locks, the whole time they worked outside with the heat index way above normal and they still came and worked all day. we still have a lot more work that they will be doing to our home and we definitely look forward to having them here to help us through this whole process, they sure help to put your mind at ease during this long stressful process. We cant thank all of you enough ****** and ******* . D

      I had a garage ceiling that needed to be replaced, also numerous ceiling cracks in ****************, all from hurricane *** in 2022. ***** and his crew replaced and repaired everything to my satisfaction and requirements. When a situation arose, ***** took control and resolved the problem in a timely manner. ***** kept his word to finish all work at the required time frame. His crew was polite and cleaned up the work area when finished. I would recommend Insured Restore LLC for drywall repair and replacement.
