While reroofing my home the company damaged the pool requiring the pool filter to be replaced and the motor/impellers to be cleared of debris.the cost was a little less than $300 and was agreed to be paid by business. No reimbursement was made and no one will now respond to several weekly phone and text messages.

I only just discovered that this was an open issue when I received the complaint with the BBB.  We have since reached out to ********************** and was able to resolve his concerns.  I appears he was communicating with one of our sales representatives that is no longer with the company and the communication was not shared with Total Home Exteriors of Florida.  If we had known that this needed our attention it would of been taken care of immediately.   A check is being sent directly to our customer for the necessary repairs as a result of the roof replacement.  ********************** has been advised to contact our company directly should he have any further questions or concerns regarding his new roof.

    Kindest Regards

    *****************************

On 01/04/2023 I signed an estimate for Total Home Exteriors to replace the entire roof due to hurricane *** damage. On 02/01/2023 I finally received the Certificate of Completion, after asking for it since our home owners insurance needs it to process the claim. The Certificate of Completion they sent me does not have the work completed itemized or include a total dollar amount for cost. This is what our insurance company is requiring for us to submit. I have contacted them by both calling and texting ******* the owner, ****** who works for him, and calling the direct office phone number. I have received no response. We also checked online with the county and the roof still has not been permitted. We paid Total Home $16,611.60.

There is an open balance on account and it is not paid in full.  We are currently still working with the customers insurance Company to release the depreciation and supplements that were missed on the initial adjuster's summary report.  Our last communication was with ***************************** Desk Adjuster for claim for an update on the release. Once we receive the final approved numbers from ****************** we will be able to send the final invoice for the balance that remains.  We issue out final lien waiver and warranty information upon full and final payment.  The permit has been pulled a mid-roof and final inspection has been processed and the permit is closed .  I have attached the final inspection results for your records.

I have not received any messages from ******* or ****** but I am available to talk any time by phone our office number is ************ or by email at *******************************
