    The Sign was installed in June 2024. Within the first 2 weeks, several lights/letters stopped working (would not light up at night as the sign is back lit). It took almost 4 months to get the Company to repair the lights/letters. There was a lot of back and forth, including Baz (owner) accusing me of purposely doing something to the lights.Within 2-3 threes of the first repair (in early November 2024), 4 more lights/letters went out (including the lights/letters that were replaced.I have reached out to ***** (installer), who originally responded that they would get to it after Thanksgiving. That did not happened, and he will not respond back to any messages. *** has also not responded.Basically, our HOA purchased this new signage in June 2024 for $12,485 and it's worked for less than 2 months. Axe Signs has been terrible to deal with and non-responsive.

    We hired Axe signs to install an LED sign for our building. It has been a nightmare dealing with the owner. Finally it was installed, but it does not work. They also did not get the permit for which they had gotten the money for. The owner has not responded to numerous emails and phone calls. The last time I called , he said he will call back and has never done so. The only other step we can now do is to complain to ******* attorney general's office to see if there is any action that they can take for shady companies like these.

    we hired axe sign and wayfindings fortwo projects we gave them deposits on both projects to repair our pylon sign they took the deposits which was 2ok and an away with the money and did not do the work

    This business has already been paid before completion of goods and services. Bottom line the sign we purchased in good faith from said business, still 8 months later does not function properly. We have jumped through every hoop including hiring commercial electricians to run new power supply to the sign- as demanded by business and still no working sign. Other than the goods and services being paid for without completion of said contracted job. The company’s demeanor and owner was very aggressive and uncooperative. I have given 8 months for the situation to be rectified and it hasn’t. This is the last resort is reporting to BBB. Very unprofessional, also I feel as though I have been robbed as the job is still incomplete and fully paid for. Which the price kept changing after we already put down deposit on job etc.

    I believe this company is scamming customers. I paid for a sign and placed a 6k deposit for my ************** office. They told me it would be done last week. It was not. No phone call. When I called I got cursed out over the phone and how dare I question them. They blamed the rain in *********************** as to why they could not do the sign. I randomly called their other supposed offices in ******* and they dont have legitimate answer machine. Just random guy voicemail. I supposedly spoke to the owner and he said he could not find my project then placed me on hold to ask the guy who helped me and thats when they blamed me and berated me. I went by their office address listed on the website and their office does not exist. I could not find them on Sunbiz or their ******** records. When I asked them for proof of business I got some weird fake looking document that does not look legal. I am afraid they are taking advantage of people and will disappear soon. Please help me to verify this is an actual company and if fraud I can file a police report.
