    On August 5, 2022, *****************************, owner of Harborside Aviation, Inc., sent me a text stating that I would be unable to rent aircraft from Harborside Aviation, *** and that they would remove my ******************* (PGD) badge access since "our operation cannot meet your dispatch requirements" which is to access their rental airplanes as early as at 8 am. I typically like to fly early in the day to avoid encountering adverse weather conditions that frequently occur later in the day in southwest *******. Since Harborside Aviation had previously indicated to me numerous times that this access would not be a problem, I am requesting that Harborside Aviation refund to me the $169 I paid to Harborside Aviation on June 23, 2022 to get qualified by a Harborside Aviation flight instructor to fly and rent the Harborside Aviation Cessna 150 aircraft. Harborside Aviation essentially failed to provide the services that they committed to provide and that I paid $169 to receive. I attempted to work with ***************************** on alternate arrangements to access the aircraft, but he has not responded to me. I sent a letter to Harborside Aviation, *** on October 10 requesting a refund, but I have not received a response.Documentation includes the sign-off on the check ride by a Harborside Aviation, *** flight instructor on June 23 in my log book, a credit card charge of $169 from Harborside Aviation, *** on the same date, the text message from ***************************** stating that I would be unable to rent an aircraft from Harborside Aviation, Inc., and the return text message from me requesting alternate solutions that would enable me to rent an aircraft.
