      We cant say enough about Cape Signature Homes! After years of planning and dreaming of our own unique home- we were blessed to have met **** and the whole ******* family ( **** ,*** , ************** ).They helped put our thoughts to paper and not only do we have our dream home, but we also have awesome memories getting it built. CSH is a family owned business so we did not feel like a number. They were always easy to reach when we had questions and they kept us informed every step of the way. They took the stress we had from home building and made it an exciting personal experience. I am sitting in our new beautiful custom home writing this review and we couldnt be happier! If you are looking for a local family owned and operated construction company that cares , reach out to Cape Signature Homes.Thank you so much!!!

      My husband and I had a great experience with Cape Signature Homes. Communication was excellent and they always followed up with any questions or concerns we had. They were good about correcting mishaps, which is likely to occur with new construction, and were very happy to help. The permit process was slow, no fault of the builder, but Cape Signature tried their hardest to get the ball rolling! I would definitely recommend this builder, they have a good team in place! ************

      Cannot recommend this company. Unreliable, no communication, poor work and way too expensive. Didn't show up for 4 weeks. But if he needs a check he'll be there within 10 minutes. Work is still not completed.

      Had a rough time with a previous builder and upon calling Cape Signature homes the communication was refreshing. Although I ended up choosing a different builder it was only due to the location of my home. ****** was right on the ball and had excellent communication.
