    The date was 10/28/2022 On the above date we called Saunders Mobile RV Repair in *********** ******* and spoke to the owner ( ******* Saunders ) and spoke to him about our air **nditioner on ****** that was not working. He responded to ****** site,6400 ***************** Unit ****, to work on *********** Forest River's air **nditioner.After a few attempts to get it running it started and he came into ****** with a bill for $ ****** he said it was all set and it would be ok. The air **nditioner ran for a few hours and after it turned off it would not start up again.I called Mr ********************** and told him that it turned off because it reached its set program temperature he told me it was running when I left. I told him again it had turned off and would not start again. He kept on saying it was running when I left and would not **me back to fix it.I then called another RV repair service ** **me and fix my air **nditioner, Gulf Side RV Repair and talked to ***** the owner. He came right away and went on the roof of my RV for a short time with **ndenser part in his hand and told me the part that was put in was not working and he had replaced it and it is working now. it is now December 14,2022 and it is still working.I called ******* Saunders and told him I was willing to pay him for his service hear when he came if he would pay me for the part. he told me he would not pay me for the part and cut me off.I would like to get paid for the $ ****** I paid Mr ********************** for nothing.*********************** ************ ******************

    This is ******* with ******* mobile RV repair LLC I was hired by ************* on 10/28 of 2022 in response to a rear rooftop ** that was not running.I went on top of the roof to diagnose the ** I found the start capacitor cap was blown for the fan motor I also had to order the part for the customer while I was there he also mentioned his wife's car was not starting and diagnosed that for him and actually went and got him a new battery that day so his wife had a vehicle to drive around.The following day I return to the customer's residence and installed the rooftop ** capacitor cap and tested with the customer everything was working correctly the customer paid for the *********************** and was very happy the next morning I did receive a phone call that the ** did not start back up I went over there immediately and installed another capacitor kit and tested it against several times with the customer he was very pleased with the work that was done. It was quite some time a month or two when I received a phone call from the customer stating that the ** was not working and that he was turning it into insurance and would like an ** replaced I told him I'd be more than happy to do that for him he said he wanted a refund for the work that was done and I explained to him that everything was working correctly twice when I was out there and he signed off on it and said he was happy with the repairs so he had more than one issue going on that we did not see and it also worked for over a month before he gave me a call I have done everything I can to keep this gentleman happy and never even charged him any more money and stood behind my work as it did work properly for quite some time before he decided to hire somebody else and not give me a chance to do anything else thank you for your time have a wonderful day.

    I am rejecting this response because: He lied about what he said. I told him when he returned to fix my air conditioner and got it started again then came to to get pair. I paid him and he left and the air conditioner stoped  to tuning again. He told me it was running when I left and left it at that. I told him I would pay him for his service charge **** not for the work because it would not restart after it turned off and he kept on telling me well it was running when I left.

    I called another service man to fix my air and he fixed it with the same part the the prior service man put in and it has been working just fine since then with no problems.
    I was told that the air conditioner could have been started by turning the fan by hand and it would run until it stoped and would not turn on again. I would say that is the second time he came a bad part was put in.
    I would say if he was a good service person he would have come back to fix it again rather than insist on telling me it was running when he left and left it at that.

    And what did fixing the battery in my car have to do with my broken air conditioner?

     I have just received another letter stating you all would like more info about this case with ************* as I stated and I guess he is having a laps of memory i was hired to get the gentlemens a/c running witch I have done more than once and tested with customer before and funds have been collected as I said before the a/c had underlining issues on a longer running time witch was never the issue and was never spoken about once it was running and customer was happy my job was done. I told *************** would be happy to assist him with the other issues that come about and he informed me he already hired another company do to it was called into his insurance company I tried to do all I can for this gentleman and I truly wish him the best and would be happy to serve him with any of his needs
