    I went to file my taxes in person with this company as I have many past years. I went and filed on 3-25-22 and I waited 6 weeks and no response with results of my taxes being completed. I sent many emails and was told it was done, just sitting and waiting for the desk staff to complete their portion. So, I went up on 5-23-22 and picked them up and then had remorse as I had confidence in their work. So I dropped them back off to them as they were not complete and confirmed they would complete them. It is now 6-21-22 and I have emailed and called without any response from them. Last email I sent to them was on 6-9-22. I do not believe it would take over 3 months to complete a simple person's taxes who sat there for their whole apt. I like to make a formal complaint against them as I still have nothing completed. Never in my life have my taxes been late prior to this.
