    We had vinyl windows installed in our large lanai in April/2024 13 to be exact and done while we were back in Canada Just got back and we were happy to see the windows held up over both recent hurricanes Excellent workmanship to boot! Will definitely use Active again!!

    We have used Active Door & Windows the third time. They have done excellent work on replacing our screens on our lanai after ******* and ***. Just replaced a house to garage door. Excellent work all three times. I highly recommend them.

    The *********** Location of Active Door and Window have 3 very very rude salesmen. I went in the showroom to purchase a lanai entry door and the salesman showed me several doors and sent me a quotes. When I went back in to make sure that the door he quoted was what I really wanted before giving my deposit to place the order the same salesman was so rude. He said I already showed you what your options were you took pictures of the one I sent you a quote on. You already looked at these other doors. At this point I felt his tone of voice was very rude and didnt want to do business with this company. My friend was ordering windows and doors for her whole house and received a quote. The salesman that worked with her came to her house to measure and talked her into changing the type of window to another brand she already approved him to quote the 1st quote. After a few days she went into the showroom to look at the different window and to ask where her new quote was as she hasnt received it yet and her salesman saw her but didnt even acknowledge her presence. Didnt even greet her. She thought they were very rude as well and canceled her order and got her deposit back. I do not recommend using this company for any repair or new windows or door.
