    It has been about a month since I placed the order for these AirPods. On the same day of the order. It is January 18 and she had not touched my order and she is not even active or Instagram anymore so she can’t be doing anything with this business. There should be no reason people are able to get their money taken but not canceled when they need or even a response. I
    I emailed her making sure that it would be two AirPods like she has advertised. She has no responded to text, neither email, dm as she says but I still have it a try, and my order has not been processed. The business is not active . I bought my AirPods elsewhere and she made it impossible to get a refund or cancel without her response: I don't her products. i don't want her business, and i dont want no gift cards i just want my momey back, and i don't care for her excuse. I can’t even dispute the charge so I need a refund asap. All the reviews are true and it’s a shame. She JUST started business back up two months ago now she’s stopped again. Wasted 70 dollars and ruined Christmas gift.

    On Monday May 30, 2022 I placed an order for a buy one get one free air pods deal that the above business owner had. I purchased and received a confirmation number same day. Confirmation number: 9713. Not long after(June 18, 2022) I receive a tracking number(9400109205568696338613) so I think everything is going good and Im excited. Until...that tracking number NEVER updates NEVER moves. Literally it hasn't changed since I got the tracking number. I then email the business July 9, 2022 involving my concerns about when the package will be here. Explaining she said give it 6 weeks, I gave it 6 weeks and still received nothing, no response. Since then I have tried to email the business since then dates including July 10-12 and it responds "Your message couldn't be delivered to [email protected]. Their inbox is full, or it's getting too much mail right now.' It is now September 22, 2022. I tried to be considerate and give it extra time, since the owners reason for the packages being delayed was because of a problem with her vendor in china, which I believe now to be a complete lie and now I just would like my hard earned money back. I will include images and receipts below.

    I paid $95 for airpod pros 03/31/2021. Months later I still did not receive my items. After multiple times of attempting to contact, nothing. Later they gave me a gift card to use instead. Placed orded 10/06/2021 for shoes and jewelry as of August 10, 2022 I still have not received a single item.

    Hello, as mentioned to you in the several emails we have sent you even with proof attached, your order was refunded to your card ending in 3444 due to a dispute you opened. You have to contact your bank with more details regarding the refund. Since you were FULLY refunded the second order you placed was canceled. The reason of the cancellation was due to you already being refunded. If the second order would have shipped you would have gotten free items on top of the refund which is not how store credit works. I already explained this in the email in which you stated you heard nothing back which is false because you replied. I do understand inconveniences happen but due to you filing a chargeback the issue was handled with your bank. I have proof of you being refunded as well as proof of conversations through email. I am more than happy to work out a plausible solution with you as I stated in the email. I do apologize about the negative experience you may be facing but I would love to work this out.
