    We've been saving money for years for this job and paid Cordwin over $3000 to trim all of the trees on our property. Everything was going great until the guy trimming the trees was told he had to come back with a different piece of equipment (roller) to smooth out areas where their big equipment was in our yard. After that, he rushed through the last two trees. After he was finished, I asked him if he could fix one of the trees because it still had a low hanging branch and looked really lopsided. He blew me off and continued packing his equipment. After they left, we reached out to the company and explained the situation. We asked if they could come fix the one tree that we weren't happy with. After multiple attempts to receive a call back from the company (multiple emails and phone calls), Rebecca finally answered and agreed to come out and look at the tree. She agreed that it looked bad and told us they would fix it. Well once again, after not hearing back from her for days and several attempts, we FINALLY got her to schedule them to come back out on a Friday. Friday comes, never heard from cordwin, nobody shows up and no phone calls. We have called the company again with no response like usual. I just wanted the job fixed. I'm completely shocked by the unprofessionalism of this company.

I will look into this right away and make every attempt to resolve the issue. Thank you. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/07/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Still haven't heard anything from the company. Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2022/07/20) */ I have diligently attempted to reach out to these clients to resolve this issue. I have called the cell phone number on file and I have sent emails as that was originally the best method of contact. The client has now opened another BBB case under her husband's name requesting a refund of $450 which is what the client is now paying another company. Cordwin Tree Service completed the entire scope of work listed in our original estimate to the client. The client called with questions regarding one tree. I met with the client and her husband on site and advised Cordwin could come back out when we had another job in the area to prune the limb in question at no charge to them as client satisfaction is our number one priority. I scheduled the client for a Friday and did not receive a call back the Thursday before for confirmation of the service so a crew did not go the job. I received no additional contact from the client until we received the BBB complaint. As you can see from our A+ rating this type of issue does not happen here at Cordwin and we will work together as a team to ensure client satisfaction every step of the way in the future.
