    on 5/2/23, I purchased several items from Suncrest in good faith. On 5/23/23 , I went back to SUNCREST to return a gallon of adhesive which I explained to the clerk the item did not work well and was not sticking( which was being used by a 35 year cabinet tech. ) The clerk called an Hispanic Manager to the front who came out in an aggressive manner, I explained to him that the adhesive did not work, at which he told me he would not accept return and that I was not a regular customer and for me not to come back, I left the item with the manager without a return of my money and I did not want the product because it did not work. I paid $56.74 for that adhesive.

    Suncrest Supply is a vendor of mine. On September 29th, 2022 I initiated a wire transfer in the amount of $15,732.76. I received an email confirmation that it had been received so I set up my shipment. Suncrest turned the carrier away multiple times stating that the order had not been paid for. I forward the email confirmation to two separate people and neither will release the order. I just want the money back so I can refund the customer.
