    Mr. Smith and his helper came out the other day to work on a neighbors AC unit so I asked him to look at mine and he gave me a price to come back and fix it. When he came back to fix it, he crawled underneath the house and said he didn’t have the correct parts and he assured me he would be back. He hasn’t came back and I’ve left messages with him and called him several times to see when and what his plans were, he will not return my calls and he will not return my text. If there was something wrong I can understand if you tell me what the problem is but to ignore my text and my calls. I find a childish unprofessional and down mean I am on a time schedule here, and all I ask is the truth to be spoken by the individual who said that he would do the job. My suggestion is find someone else this individual does not have the professional courtesy to talk to the homeowner. Give them the real truth about what is going on, he is childish and unprofessional. You can’t do business with people like that because you never know where they’re coming from or if they’re telling you lies.
