      Good lord was I disappointed when I got in my car. Mats were put back incorrectly, he didn’t touch the areas of storage or cup holders let alone attempt to detail it, he just wiped down the seats and doors. There is no muscle put into it because areas that he missed, I was able to clean it myself the next day. He didn’t touch the trunk area at all. There were crumbs on the seats and floors. Car was not washed. Several areas were missed, and I just felt very taken advantage of. The main reason I hired him was to get rid of scratches from debris driving in my neighborhood after the hurricane. While I was pointing them out, he cut me off and said, “yeah yeah yeah no I’ll look over it” so I stopped talking. I assumed he was going to actually take his time and look which became clear after he left that he didn’t because several scratches were missed all in the same area. The ones he did do in the area I addressed with him, he did well, but if you don’t complete the job, I mean, what’s the point? ??It’s 100% my fault for not reviewing his work with him while he was there. I’ll take ownership of that. He came highly recommended by his parent to me whom I see on a fairly regular basis and I was told over and over what amazing work he does. I was busy, when he finished detailing both of our cars, I just tipped him and went on with my day. I tried contacting him after he left once I was driving in my car and realized how poorly he had completed the job. I had to google ‘car detailing’ to see if my expectations were too high and google only confirmed further that the work he did was not at all how it should have been done. He only offered to come back later that day, knowing that I already had plans later that day. He’s ignored my text messages and attempts to get in contact to resurrect the issue. Once I left a review on google, he has only further shown unprofessionalism by harassing me for my review.
