Subject: Improper Repair and Negligence 2017 ****** Pathfinder ************************* Whom It May Concern,I am filing this complaint regarding unsatisfactory service and vehicle damage caused during a repair attempt by a business PGS Cores, owned by *************** at ***********************************. I brought my 2017 ****** Pathfinder *********************** to his shop for a standard alternator repair. However, rather than performing the requested repair, the assigned mechanic disassembled multiple components of the vehicle, claiming it was an electrical issue.Following this, I was informed that the mechanic had been deported due to ICE actions under the ***** administration. Mr. ****** then promised to have the vehicle properly reassembled. He arranged for the *** to be towed from his shop to another repair shop. Unfortunately, the work done there was substandard and ************* it stands, my vehicle is not operational and is in worse condition than when I brought it in. Specifically:The *** will not ******** is missing various nuts, bolts, and crucial black connector pieces. The front bumper is detached. There are visible nicks on the tops of both the drivers and passengers doors. The rear panel near the license plate is popped out.The steering wheel is dirty and stained. The interior drivers side panel is missing entirely. This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and stress, and the vehicle now requires extensive repairs that go far beyond the initial alternator issue. I am requesting that Mr. ****** take full responsibility and cover the cost to have the ****** Pathfinder properly repaired by a qualified and trustworthy mechanic.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your help in resolving this issue fairly.

I never met the complainant Ms **** and had no argreement to repair her SUV. In October 2024 Saivonne  (my son) who is a friend of Ms. ***** Saivonne asked me to help his friend Ms **** by having the ******** guy who rents a stall from me to inspect and diagnose her Truck. Ms **** felt that the current ******** was being dishonest and claimed that he had damaged her Truck, rendering it inoperable. She was also angry with the first ******** that had removed several parts from her ******** a favor to my son,I agreed to have the ******** that rents a stall from me to diagnose the issue.

Saivonne picked up Ms. **** truck from the original ******** and towed it to my shop (Pgs Cores Inc) *********************************************************************** on or around October 15 2024.  After the ******** inspected the Truck he found Electrical Issues and required Reprogramming, which would cost Approximately $1000 to repair. This amount did not include Towing Fee.I ask Saivonne to speak with ******* to see if she was willing to pay for repairs($1000) However she showed no interest,So the ******** did not do any Work on Ms **** truck

In the meantime the ******** had personal matters to attend out of town and hasn't returned. There was no communication from ******* between Mid-February and Mid- May 2025 until approximately two weeks ago when ******* ************* visited my shop and demanded that we put the truck back together.Consequently,I had the truck towed to ******** shop to have it reassembled and restored to its original condition when it was dropped off Ms. ***** requested that the truck be dropped off at a location (her cosuin house )which was done.

In total the truck had to be towed (3) times incurring a total cost of $300.00.I have yet to recover any towing fees from Ms **** nor ********, I have serveral text messages exchanged between ******* and Saivonne beginning October 2024 to February 2025 These messages Unequivocally support my claim that the truck was Inoperable when it was brought to my Shop. In these messages ******* expresses her anger towards the Original ******** who had her Truck. She alleges that he Damaged her truck by removing several parts...
