    I've been to this place many times. However on my last visit about just over a month ago, I got my oil changed. They could not tighten the oilpans' nut, so I was asked to leave it over the weekend. They called the Monday, and I picked up my vehicle, while getting gas I noticed that the rear left side was hit. I called them and indicated this. Laura stated that she would have to review the cameras. She did and told me that it was another customer who hit my car, and that they may have to get the police involved. I am still awaiting them to make it right. I have had to make every call to them. A couple weeks ago I was told that they needed an estimate. I got estimate and dropped it off, no response. Two days later, I callback, no one could could find it. A continuous runaround.They are dishonest.

    After speaking with JP, we both realized that his staff did not make him aware of the situation. I admire him for taking the time to speak with me and rectifying the issue.
