      ***** Pagulica was hired to re-skirt and re-side home. Quote given and work began June 2024. All materials to be purchased by me. He began working and as of today, Nov 2024 has not completed either job. Multiple issues arise and numerous excuses, no money for gas, truck broke down, became homeless, health troubles. He began using our van to transport supplies and refused to return it. Began living in our RV due to homelessness and busted up the inside. He is a chronic liar and never completes anything. Just found out he doesn't have a drivers license. He always needs cash for small items, siding nails or paint then would go to ********** and not show up for a week or two. After we started complaining...he states we were harassing him and he became beligerent and threatening. He is a bully and takes advantage of the elderly and infirm. He is always quick to say that he is a good man, but shown this circumstance in its complexity, it shows that it is not true. I have knowledge of two other people that he has done the exact same thing to. It's his Modus Operandi. Further investigation proves this information is true in other states and counties in *******. He needs to be stopped. I have figured out that I am in the red about $7,000 extra above the contract he sent me. I do not have a completely sided or skirted home and he has left numerous work related items at my address.
