    I contacted ******************************* was eager to take my call. When he found out i had an insurance claim already on my roof he jumped all in saying how he can get money to recoup what I lost from the other roofing company that already took 20 % of my insurance money. I only agreed for him to speak to my insurance company and now he is holding me and my insurance company for his contract of 37k for a roof that is insanely priced. I have received threats from him that I have a certain amount of time to take my bad review down I dont want to do business with a company like this. I have a small home i have received quotes of 10 to 12k nothing like 37k ?? He is saying he will take my home my kids and everything I have Please beware of roofing companies if they sound too good to be true RUN I dont know what to do at this point as he will not release me from my insurance company??

    My response to this is the same as it was to the ****** review below. These accusations are false and we are happy to part ways per the contract. We only ask that we are compensated for the time we have invested. We are happy to settle with a $500.00 payment for the time we invested AND the removal of the false ****** review.

    Run from this guy he tried to charge me 37k for a roof that is **** for a ************************************************************************** this is why Insurance companies cancel home owners Do NOT do business with him

    ***, I apologize that you feel this way. You have had our sympathy since you first called and told us your situation. You told us that your insurance company was canceling your policy this October due to another roofer filing two claims. You said that the other roofer worked with your insurance company and helped to get your roof approved. But when they supplemented for the funds needed to complete your roof to the insurance company, you fired them because you thought the were trying to "rip off" your insurance company. Per their contract, that I read, they kept a portion of the proceeds for the work, time, and efforts they provided you. You then hired another roofer that helped get you financed for the project but fired him as well only a few days before the scheduled install date. Since you made the first call to Vanderprises, we have done everything we can to help you. We have invested time, energy, and money during the process. We even met you long after hours to go over the 37k estimate for your in detail on the patio of a local restaurant. The estimate was for a new roof, siding, and an exterior paint job. You agreed and signed the document for me to send to your insurance company. We are happy to release from your contract for we do not force our services on anyone. We do, however, ask that you honor your end of the contract and compensate Vanderprises for our efforts. We look forward to hearing from you soon..
