      *****************************e continue to make me feel belittled and uncomfortable as if Im not supposed to be at the same doctor everyone else is sitting in the waiting room, it took me ********************************************************************************************** along with getting the provider to come in and talk to me about my biopsy which I did not think she wanted to do once I got to the back the provider really had no answers for me about my biopsy. I feel as though it was related to insurance issues even though I opt to pay out-of-pocket that I was not getting full results of my biopsy. This is a critical time to where ** trying to catch my problems early in my health and they made me feel unwelcome. Not a patient like my money does not spend the same. I felt very discriminated towards Im literally the only black person in a ******************* location getting serviced in this office to only get talk to about and hand a card for billing when that wasnt even my issue . My issue was that they made me pay the first time and did not want to see me the second time and gave me a hard time both times with no results of help.

      The patient was seen in office on 7/11/23 and presented inactive insurance. Since she did not have an active insurance policy she is eligible to pay for the visit out of pocket. At her next appointment on 7/25/2023 she had presented an active ****************** policy that was out of network. The patient was ineligible for paying out of pocket due to the active insurance policy being a ******** plan. Our contracts don't allow patients being on a state aid plan to pay out of pocket for medical services even if we don't accept their specific plan because we accept other state aid plans. The patient had been sent her biopsy results on 7/18/2023 and had been discussed in person on 7/25/2023.
