    We have had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. It began with them using different colors of grout throughout our new home. Patches of gray and then patches of a lighter color. Same for our shower grout. They attempted to fix the floors with grout stain and it looked absolutely awful. Stain covering all tiles and baseboards. They attempted to fix chipped shower tiles and once again, used a different color grout. They attempted to fix that by grinding out the grout and reapplying it. The result is more chipped tiles, grout that still doesn't match and is now at different depths throughout the shower. I was just informed by the company that they will only be attempting to repair one wall (the damage is on all walls). I would be happy to share pictures with the BBB for review. This entire situation has been ongoing for NINE MONTHS.
