    On December 4, 2022, *********************************** offered to remove old laminate flooring, purchase 512 S.F. Pro Series Vinyl Plank 5 MM 22 Mil Wear Solid Rigid Layer Core Lifetime Residential Warranty Flooring, Deliver said floor, install said flooring, purchase 140 **** of 5 1/4" Baseboard and Deliver for $2500.00 with $226 due for installation of the baseboards. On December 5, 2022, $2,500 was sent from my bank account to *********************************** with said installation to begin on December 27, 2022. *********************************** began making excuses as to why he could not do the installation and continued with the excuses all the way through March. Since he was my nephew, I gave him the benefit of a doubt, but after such a long period of time, I finally told him to just return my money. He had already spent the money without ever having purchased the materials. He had no intention of doing the job. He has never paid the money. Do not ever do business with him. After being "ripped off" by him, I found he had treated other people the same way.

    We had ****** the owner do our entire flooring on two different dates and the whole house has flooring coming up or incomplete. We've spent what has been a year going back and forth with broken promises including a small refund so that we can hire another company to fix this is. Nothing has been resolved and it's just been excuse after excuse even after texting stating we would receive a $300 refund. We've spent a lot of money and have had somewhere other companies give us quotes and say that this job was done very poorly.
