    BEWARE! This survey company perpetrated a fraud against my family by fraudulently creating a survey to assist a builder in getting a new home built on an oddly shaped property, when it didn't make a 3ft variance along a shared propertyline. The original survey wouldn't work after a special code turned the build from River Terrace to face Ithmar as the property in question is a small corner lot with a very strange shape. Another special code is BTL or build to line. This means no yard averages are needed and the reason for the averages was not a valid reason as stated in the correction letter. The builder was notified about this in June of 2023 by City planner *******************. Yet the builder still called them out again. These same front yard averages were obtained in April of 2023, 3 months before the home was turned. I discovered documents that have been in the possession of the ************* in the ***** ACCELA SYSTEM before they ever broke ground. The *** surveyor is trying to defraud us out of our land for the builder to meet the 3ft variance. I wouldn't trust any survey the *** surveyor performed as I found 7 current surveys in less than 2 years, one of which is their original survey that all match and agree closely with my new and old survey. I have several documents, dated and accepted by the ************* that prove this. Do not use this company! Beware if you see them surveying your propertyline. This company also "unofficially" measured every boundry of my property because they put up flags on all 4 corners of my lot. That is also not legal. Just beware! All so they could tilt my propertyline the correct direction for the builder to make that 3ft variance. Basically they widened the road along this block of River Ter. along this block as well. It was very creative. They supposedly "found a rod" while measuring for these averages. So they set it up from that "found rod" and then set the other 3 corners of that lot. Basically they invented the survey.
