    I was offered a free gorilla cart which indicated only billed for shipping. Then was billed 2 charges i called the # provided by my bank was advised i signed up for a subscription. They would cancel it but no credit. Billed me a ttl *****. After I advised I'm would dispute with my bank they advised 50% credit in 3 business days.

    This business tried to take $19.47 fro. My ***** Fargo debit card. My card was Locked. I never made transactions with this company. My bank notified the denied transaction. A d sent me an email.

    I responded to an online promotion to purchase a vacuum cleaner for $5.80 on March 6th. I immediately canceled the order and received a confirmation of my cancelation. Beginning March 19, 2023 my account was charged $39.93 for a subscription to Optima Solutions which I did not sign up for. When I contacted the company, they informed me that when I made the vacuum purchase I automatically signed up for a subscription to fitness app. I received a welcome email from Elite Force Fitness App, which I ignored because I did not sign up for any app, nor was there any information in the email indicating that this was tied to a purchase I made. I was not provided any information about this subscription and my account has subsequently been charged monthly a total of $362.22. When I spoke to the representative I requested immediate cancelation of this subscription, which they claimed they processed. They obviously did not. They refuse to provide any written confirmation that I signed up for this subscription or of cancelation, but as of 12/30/2023 they assure me that my subscription has been canceled. The subscription was not stopped, rather I blocked my account so they were unable to process any further payments. They refuse to refund the money they've collected. I've never been provided any access information for a fitness app. The charges show up on my account as ******************** at XXXXX E Drive, VA which is a residential address. This is a scam. I have since blocked my account, but I would like to recover what they have taken from me. The also operate under Welcoming December, Vividlabspho and Victory Photography.
