      Don’t recommend this company to anyone. I got service for leak repair that the tech got done in less than an hour. I was told over the phone they charge $220 an hour yet the tech told me all together it would be $413 HOW?! when the tech got done less than an hour. I spoke to a very rude lady named Karen that gave me new info saying it’s $220 an hour & 1 hour the minimum plus paying for their gas round trip, and the parts when i stay not even 20 min away. This company takes advantage of people & is price gauging & Karen needs to work on her customer service & doesn’t show empathy at all. She threatened to pull the plumbing when I payed half of the amount that I shouldn’t even be paying at all & to take me to court. Not once did i say i wasn’t gonna pay but I was upset & was trying to get some understanding how the amount came up to $413 that me & my gma had to pay. Not to mention my gma lives off her social security which isn’t much.

      ***** and his team replaced all my homes hot, cold, and drainage pipes. It was a big job, their work was impeccable, and they did everything according to code. I cant say enough good things about all of them. Even the young lady that answers the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Chriss Plumbing
