    Caused over $20,000 damage to our home not to mention the thousands and thousands of dollars we paid. Owner acknowledged the damage offered to pay for repairs and never did. Will not return calls or emails last time. I tried to call he hung up on me. This company should not even be in business. They are absolute thieves and liars not to mention utterly incompetent.

    This company lies about its ability. The staff knows nothing about real wood floors.I trusted them with my 30 year old beautiful ************************** took them 3 months but they finally ruined them- they actually soaked them with WATER!It cost me $1800.00 to salvage them & replace several pieces.**************** promised me a refund which I have not received.DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME!!They work out of ********** dont know what you are getting into!!If I could I would give them a minus zero rating
