    I am looking for a resolution for my home that in ********* ******* address at the job was ************************************ The contractor said they will do the work of handyman and they will paint the walls and the ceiling after taking more than a week to do it he started sounded very threatened and was making me feel as if I was the reason that the person making him confused, after saying I changed the paint color which I did not he was coercing me to paint the room and get the color matched . There was no receipt he quoted $**** I want the refund for the job which includes 725 dollars The job was agreed on August 11 estimated time of quote was days after he agreed to do the job. After this quote was given he proceeded to delay ETA (estimated time of arrival) and was saying he will do it in 2-5 days with another person I was only waiting for him to completely paint the ceiling before agreeing to paying **** which he proceeded to ask me for up front. After saying that I will have to *** him in small claims for following procedures that are unethical in a business he ignored messages called random times and was being excessive and he is dangerous I felt. This person does not have a reason or explanation to what he did . Cost is 725+ 800(80 per day) + rework 400 dollars -( 325 refunded)I am looking for a refund of a total cost of rework ***************************** paid to homebaypaints ************** in lost wages this home is a rental home ready to sell and ************************************************************************* more to work on and white paint that is falling from the ceiling on the walls even though it was agreed that no paint will fall on the walls. I am seeking 400 of my own money and **** in money from lost time and etc.

    I ffound professional partners who said the way that the paint was made in patches and the job was left that who ever was trying to paint was going to ruin the rest of the project. This person was to start and finish within a few days that took much longer even though I am not sure why he did not complete any work I know that this person was very interested in talking about the cost and hustling for money. He quoted that I do not understand his job but I do now. And I know that the type of profession he is in is not professional I have found a painter who worked me to get the work and was honest and done in 4 to 5 days . This job was one of the worst and he really just painted it bad because it looks like the ceiling was worse than it has knock down wall which can not be painted over. The way he did it . I have 2 witnesses which include the painter and a real estate agent. I want my money and I hate to have to file but he really spent a lot of my personal time which I worked very hard to try to talk to this person and took it for granted. He wasted my time moreover in the process of asking me to pay more money for the job without doing a job of a professional painter.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    The following proceeded to be an issue with the painter who did not like the following the choice of paints I chose which was not an issue with another seller. He took longer to start the job and quote I am finalizing another project . i would like a formal reply stating the following copy of the receipts anything that take around 2 weeks MUST have this as well and you might see that the following copy of messages might boost him response if shown in clips. The process flow or agreement were not given and consent was forced. I paid money and it is within my right to be concerned about the following details of the receipt and why the painter was not starting the job when he was supposed. I personally feel this person is dangerous based on results and out of respect for business entity and experiences with said painters in Riverview I have to know exactly what this rejection states. He refused to pay 400 I mentioned I will take 350 back ask my realtor to check the home which caused a lot of code violations including spilling of paint on walls . Roof was painted which seemed to be more like brush strokes for further proof I will show the receipt from  my next painter which included painting the whole house. I want an update on this because the painters failure to message the following money was take (400) and referencing his own reputation is more exhausting and experience. I have every possible reason to claim the money in his words in conversation he was trying to scratch his back skin time away from the job where I felt dejected and the job was unmanageable. Was not the same wait the new painters. I would call any extent of a customer problem to be a service call of quick understanding with procedure like kind customer service but he was over manipulating and angry and finally said he will show me the reciepts on his personal computer if that is not evidence enough that he was was not going to complete said task as originally agreed to I dont have more remarks to say. The character was misplaced in this letter. He did not show me the receipt what so ever and I tried calling and again exhausted beyond conventional reason.
