    Since 2019 I pay the company every month. I have been calling since January to inform that my sensors are not working properly to send someone to fix the problem ,no one has contacted me .

    app stopped working on alarm service no one would call me back. then the camera stopped working . so then i tested the alarm myself and had no call from the moniter center, or police no showed up. so i then new for sure the system was not working.

    This is an alarm. Company. We signed a contract. On 6/10/2019 for 5 years. ( 6/10/2024 ). For the first 4 years , they attended to my false alarms and replaced the monitor when needed. Since then, 2/2023, I have been calling about my monitor missing lights out and certain alarms for doors and windows were not working. I left messages and no call backs. Finally, just recently they answered the phone and when I explained my problem they transferred me to a credit manager, by the name of ********, and I told her the reason for my call, that being the monitor needs to be fixed or replaced. She told me that she can send someone to take care of the problem, but it will cost me $95.00 service fee. I asked why I have to pay for service when it was their monitor and I never paid before. She said " the guy that worked for them to fix it Quit, and they have to hire an outside guy and that is his fee. I told her i will not pay it and she said that I will not get it fixed. I also told her that my bill is not correct that I am being billed $48.98 and she should clook into it since she was the credit mgr.I pay $43.98 and she agreed with me that my payment are $43.98 and she will adjust it. 3 months later, still no corrected bill. This company needs to fix the monitor with no cost to me OR release me from our contract that ends in 6/24.. I even called the main office and a recording message said They are3 restricting their calls.**************. Nobody answers the calls to this company. They are terrible to their customers. Please help me resolve this as I don't want to ruin my credit rating which is ****. PLEASE HELP ME.

    I subscribed to a alarm monitoring system through this company approximately 4 years ago. For the past year I have been trying to contact them for support on the system. While they still have a working telephone number, no one ever answers and no one will ever return a call. There is no way to contact anyone and I've heard that they actually are not in business, at least in the Tampa Bay Area, any longer. So it now becomes very important that I have a name and address for this "company" so at the end of my initial term I can send notice of cancellation per the agreement.

    On 7/31/19 I was solicited by Smart Home Technologies. I let him into my home because I thought that he was from ADT, my then current home security provider. I ended up signing a contract for $59.99/month for front and back camera, door and window monitors and the monitoring service. The cameras have never worked properly. Our alarm had been triggered with no phone call from Smart Home Technologies and the entire system has not been functioning since 9/2020. That's a year and 9 months. I have continually tried to call. The call goes to voicemail and I never receive a response. There is a phone number given as the person owning the voice mailbox. I called that number and Ryan answered. He told me that I had the wrong company and that he was in Arizona. He told me that he was in a different state before I even told him where I was. He told me to contact the company in Florida. I thought that was what I was doing. I have sent 4 registered letters to the address on the contract, per the cancellation clause on the contract and the letters are undeliverable because their address at XXXXX Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL XXXXX is a pack and send type store with mail boxes. There is no box number on the contract so it cannot be delivered. I have researched and found Smart Home Technologies to be operating under Samuel F. Alarm Services and Smarter Home Protection Services. None of these are registered businesses with the State of Florida. I have disputed charges with my bank and the claim was closed and they still got my money. I am going to have to close my bank account of 23 years in order to stop them from debiting the monthly charges. They have not provided the contracted services, therefore, the contract is void. They should not be allowed to continue to steal money from customers and not provide contracted services. I am also filing a complaint with the State Attorney's office for fraud.
