    During my interactions with this facility, I encountered numerous violations of medical standards and ethical practices. These include:HIPAA Violations: The staff, particularly Ms. ******* ********, has repeatedly disclosed confidential medical information about patients to others without consent.Unsterile Practices: The facility has engaged in unsanitary practices, such as providing patients with pre-drawn syringes for home use, posing a significant risk of infection.Falsification of Medical Records and Appointments: Staff members have manipulated appointment schedules and medical records, potentially leading to patient neglect and inaccurate treatment.Questionable Distribution of Controlled Substances: There is evidence suggesting the distribution of phentermine without proper prescriptions and medical oversight.Operating Without a License: Public records indicate that ********************************************* Spa is currently operating without a valid business license, the application is still in progress.Lack of Medical Oversight: The facility has refused to provide information about the medical provider responsible for overseeing patient care, raising serious concerns about accountability.Inadequate Emergency Preparedness: The facility lacks the necessary emergency supplies and protocols to respond to potential adverse reactions to medications.Nurse ******** specifically told a story to multiple patients about a patient at their facility that had a bad reaction, there was no liquid ******** or ****** available so she had to crush up ******** from her purse and rub it into the patient's mouth.These practices compromise patient safety and violate numerous medical regulations. When a refund was requested for unrendered services the owner continued to ignore phone calls, messages and has yet to return my calls. The manager offered to exchange medications in lieu of a monetary refund- as a consumer I would not be comfortable receiving any treatment from this facility.

    I am rejecting this response because the comapny has made no efforts to resolve the issue. I have attempted to reach the owner multiple times with no avail. I have thousands of dollars tied up with this company in which I expereinced and witnessed medical negligence on multiple occassions. I have requested my medical records and they will not provide them. A business that offers medical services should be required to respond to their patients.
