    I bought a product called “quick fix plus”made in the US from Cali’s Smoke Shop (**** ****** Riverview, FL ***** United States) for $31.12 on Sunday May 18, 2025. Turns out that the product was no longer useful for me so today on Thursday, May 22, 2025. I came back up here with the sealed merchandise (Product is not yet opened nor damaged, and still isn’t) receipt to return the product and get my refund/ cash back. Nowhere in the store is there any signs posted nor anything of the matter informing, showing, indicating, including, stating, or confirming “no refunds” or a “No refund policy” , nor did the seller inform, show, indicate, include, state, or confirm with me in any type of way that there was a “no refund policy”. Even the receipt that I have in my hand right now, as I am filling out this complaint/ Review, does not inform, show, indicate, include, state nor confirm anything about there being a “No refund Policy.” The seller/ merchant/ vendor employee tried talking to the owner or whoever runs or Administers the shop. He told them everything about my refund issue and that my receipt did not include anything pertaining specifically nor directly to there being a “No refund policy” in place or affect. I just want my money back for a perfectly Sealed, Secured, and undamaged item that I have a receipt for. I would not refer this Business to any family, friends; not even strangers. I was very tranquil and amicable of the issue and decided to take note and report a reflection of this situation that I have experienced today. I Give this Business my best but will not be returning, only because “Cali’s Smoke Shop” (**** ****** Riverview, FL ***** United States) did not give me the best experience that they could have given.
