      We ordered several fish. From the date of shipment they have not responded to any questions. We have now lost 2 of the 5 fish and 1 more is about to die. All of our other fish are perfectly fine and so it our water. But this man will not respond to come up with a solution or refund!!

      I always wanted a starry night and finally decided to place an order with tampa bay for (1) starry night, (1) Jack Dempsey, and (1) Texas Cichlid. When the fish arrived I immediately noticed the Jack Dempsey was not in the package. The Texas Cichlid looked healthy, but the starry night was and is still currently still severely sick with ick. When I reached out with him with photos he admitted it was shipping related but never mention on making things right. I have sent him 4 emails asking him to make things right and he has completely ghosted me.

      I been in fish hobby for over 20 years They sell sick fish at first the owner will entertain you with emails showing he cares but after a few days he wont answer fish are all sick they dont take care it the fish there all they care about is to sell and bait the customer with free

      I waited for quite a while when the temperature was conducive for shipping live tropical fish. My interest was in purchasing a school of 25 neon tetra. Before I did that I went to a local pet store and bought 12 neons. Within days half died and then 5 were doing well. Then I went online to search for a real dedicated tropical fish farm here in *******. I live fairly close to the Tampa Bay Cichlids so I declined the shipping and ************* up the neon tetras at the farm. I just loved the experience as I met the owner ***** and he had my package ready. I had special instructions from him for acclimating the family to their new home. My order was in a box just as it would have been if I had it shipped. The care, preparation, and packing were exceptional. These wonderful looking neon tetras were just like the picture on the website. They were all very healthy and glowing. Now two months later I am 100% pleased with my purchase. From day one through today they are all frisky eaters, showing a very healthy appearance , and content. I have not lost any of my fish which surprised me as the neon is a bit sensitive to water conditions. At Tampa Bay theyve bred the fish to be just fine in regular water.

      I've found a new Cichlid Guy! This was the first time I've ordered from Tampa Bay Cichlids and I am very impressed with the amount of fish they have available and the choices of size, *** etc. The packing was the best I've ever seen and hand written labeling on the bags. The *********** accidentaly scanned my package as delivered when they were trying to scan it as Out For Delivery. I emailed **** just to see if he had seen that before. He was very helpful and made sure I was happy and the fish were okay once I received them later in the day. I will 100% buy from here again. **********

      Ordered multiple fish and there was an address mixup so fish were sent to the wrong address. I contacted Dave to see if there was anything that could be done and was extremely disappointed when he did not offer any type of solution. So now I'm out money and have no fish. I would not recommend this business to anyone
