    ******************************* engaged *******-******** Air Conditioning and Plumbing to install an HVAC system in his remodeled home, intended for permanent residence. However, the company failed to fulfill the agreed-upon contract by installing an incorrect system. Subsequently, the installed HVAC system failed inspection by the *********************** inspectors, resulting in two violations issued to ********************.Despite repeated attempts to address these issues with Jupiter ********, the company has refused to acknowledge why the correct system was not installed and has neglected to rectify the violations cited by the ***********************. ******************** incurred a significant cost of $25,000 for the installation, yet the company has adamantly refused any refund or remedy for the deficiencies.Compounding the matter, Jupiter-******** has undergone multiple name changes since the signing of the contract, transitioning from Jupiter-******** to FPL, and now Xtra Mile Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric. Despite these changes, the underlying license holder remains the same, raising concerns regarding accountability.********************, a senior citizen investing his life savings into renovating his ancestral home for his own occupancy, has been unjustly deprived of $25,000 by a company that has failed to uphold its contractual obligations or fulfill its promises of rectification.

    I think the generator technicians are excellent. However, if you need to talk to someone regarding a maintenance contract the customer service is non-existent. Ive called twice but have yet to get a call back

    If I could leave -1000 Stars I would. This company is a rip
    off. They had us sitting in our house for 4 weeks with no air
    conditioning in the blistering Florida summertime Heat, lying to us the
    entire time saying the coil we needed was on back order and we were
    behind six other people. After the 4 weeks I got tired of getting the
    runaround not getting any return phone calls not ever being able to talk
    to a manager so I called the manufacturer of our air conditioner which
    is still under warranty only to find out that the company was delinquent
    on their bills the part was available but they weren't shipping it to
    them. Stay as far away from these people as you can they are horrible.
    Even check their Facebook page the reviews are horrible as well it seems
    like this is what they do to everybody.
