This company has been hostile since they started working on my generator project. I have been misled, lied to, harassed, insulted and defamed by the company and its employees and owners. They installed a generator for the whole house. It has only been online working for a couple of months. Yet they refuse to warranty their work. Their excuse is that the part that broke "I bought separately". I paid for a whole house generator, I did not add or subtract parts. Everything was through 1 stop Generator shop. They also refused to continue the weekly monitoring that I have paid for in advance just like the maintenance contract. They threatened me with ruining my credit and turned me over to a collection agency, We are disputing $4000. They claim I have to pay for gas that I did not use. A gas company put gas in my new tank attached to the generator. It leaked out and when the gas company came to fix it they knew exactly where to look when they came to fix the leak. It was under a large paving stone below ground. No one cut it as it would be impossible. I then called and ordered and paid for gas to finish the generator job. Their inspector came out and showed me what to do and what was covered and what was already broken that he would get fixed asap. He also called billing before he left to verify that I had a Zero balance. Then weeks later when they refused to do maintenance or monitoring unless I pay their made up bill. To me this was extortion as I had already paid for two services that I was not getting from them. They will not ************* and or service my unit. I have a very expensive paper weight in my yard. They are unscrupulous in their business practices. What can I do?
