4 starsI had impact windows installed on my house last summer, and the entire process was very easy. From the start, ****--the salesman we worked with--was very helpful and made sure my wife and I understood exactly what we would be getting and when to expect everything to be completed. Once the windows came in and the installation began, ***--the supervisor of the install team--was very responsive to my questions and very helpful in getting the issues we noticed *********** only issue with the entire experience is that the window screens that were supposed to come with all windows and glass doors that open were either not shipped with some of the windows, or they did not fit properly on the windows that they did ship with. It took an additional 3 weeks to get the correct window screens delivered and installed, but in the end, I am very happy with my new windows!Review fromLaurie T

4 starsFrom the sales person ****, the schedulers, **** an others, the installers, and the final service men, I was very happy with the service we received from All American. During the process, I emailed ****, the retail coordinator, he was very helpful getting me answers on the procedures to get the service techs in to complete the project and he also helped with the inspector. The windows came in when promised, the work was done in a timely fashion and phone calls I had were returned promptly from all involved with the project!I am so happy with the windows that I called **** for another quote for my moms condo.

1 starI am blown away by the phone call I got today from American Shutters and Glass wanting to address the "missing shutters" on my house that I reported prior to Hurricane ****** six months ago. And they are just getting to me. Man that is really poor customer service and follow up. Fortunately, I replaced the shutters prior to the storm myself from the company by going to their place of business and getting the shutters. It wasn't just missing shutters, the wrong shutters were left at my house. This is really poor customer service! If could give them no stars, I would.All-American Shutters & Glass

**** I am sorry to hear about your experience. After the ****** storm we went from our service calls running 2 to 4 days to a volume of calls that no one single company could have managed. We are still receiving calls for service related to hurricane ******. We opened up our facility beyond just regular hours in an effort to allow homeowners who were able, to pick up their products to avoid the extended lead times. 5 starsAll-American did a great job. My sales representative, ****, gave me confidence that All-American would do what they said they would do. When it came time for the installation, they arrived on time and did a great job with installation. One of the windows had a scratch and they ordered a new one and it was installed without question.All-American Shutters & Glass

5 stars100% satisfied with this company and their product. Always a person picking up the phone to facilitate smooth ordering, scheduling and installation. All-American's field sales rep, Corey Watson came to our house with custom install photos and actual shutter products to make our decision a good one. We ordered two motorized shutters for the lanai and roll-downs for the rest of the house. They look fabulous and 'glide like butter!' Following installation, AAS scheduled the Pasco County inspection and completed the job on time. I know of several homeowners in our community that have used Corey and All-American for their home and it's only glowing reviews. Great compant and staff!! ***** *****~All-American Shutters & Glass

5 starsI investigated installing impact windows a couple of years ago. The prices were out of my range so I did not order. I used All AM *********************************************** to install accordion shutters many years ago on another condo I owned. I decided to see how they stacked up to the other companies, and I'm happy I did. **** *******, visited my home, took measurement's and had an Estimate to me by the next day. The pricing was right so **** got busy moving the process forward. In dealing with the ARC committee in my community there were some changes in the plans that needed to be made. **** was right on it and worked until the committee was satisfied. The installers were Amazing! Very efficient, polite, hard working, respected my home and the job was completed in one day! There was an issue with the screens on my porch. It took some hours for ******(?), to resolve the matter but resolve it he did. Before they left they cleaned up any debris they created. I was very happy with their work. KUDOS to ****, each installer and April in the office (who answered questions and kept me posted on the timeline)! I've already recommended All Am *********************************************** to two residents in my community. I Thank All of you that made this happen! Also, ***** to the owners of All Am ***********************************************! You run your company like service companies of many years ago. 5 starsFrom the moment we met with *********************** he treated us with respect and listened to our concerns, treating us like family. **** walked us thru everything we needed to know, answered every inquiry in a professional, timely manner that made us feel confident in our choices. Installation Day the crew was on time, professional and extremely hardworking, taking care to ensure a job well done in a timely manner.
