      March 2024 an RGF Reme Halo Ozone device was removed from my residence due to dangers. I'd initially sought Air Duct cleaning yet had been convinced this was much more efficient. Having owned an Air Purifier (not Ozonator-big difference) I agreed to allow installation. The unit spewed dirt our of ducts which I'd been told was only for a short duration 'cleaning' ducts. It'd worsened to the point that I'd had to call EMS and be rushed to ER for treatment. When I told the installer, they did remove the device promising a FULL refund mailed immediately once they had it in their hands. I'd received a check of partial payment, I called the installer and they stopped payment which was refused by my bank. This company advised to keep pursuing their installed and do not post facts about the situation on any websites. *** affirmed others have illnesses from the units.

      Please note Pinellas County Consumer Protection is now investigating this situation. Acknowledgement affirmation correspondence was received yesterday. The crux of this matter, is that the *** installer took possession of the unit already, so they are responsible for their authorized distributor to refund our purchasing price. It had horribly affected our health until reaching a point of an extreme emergency to require assistance from 911 EMS and Emergency Room procedures. We'll hope to hep others still struggling with a problem from ***'s devices to see our experience for future assistance. *** is accurate to instruct our public to avoid these Ozone emitting devices entirely!
