Super happy with our experience with ************* and Cross Island Flooring as the subcontractor. Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was responsive, friendly, and professional. The two gentleman who did the tile worked hard and did a phenomenal job-- we will definitely use their services for future projects!

They did a awsome job . Put in ceramic tile and floor boards . He did a perfect job . The installer cleaned all his mess up was very pleasant. I would definitely use again . Thank you so much for job well doneCross Island Flooring LLC

They installed my flooring over my existing glued down flooring. The install was complicated and they did an excellent job with everything. Some small issues came up after the install and they had someone out the next day to take care of it. Strongly recommend.Cross Island Flooring LLC

All I can say is WOW!They had my 1/2 bathroom done in 8 days. ****** the tile guy is a master at his craft. **** the plumber is super friendly and replaced a cracked toilet ****** that I would have never know about. True professionals. I can't wait to start my master bathroom next spring.Take my advice call ***** today and schedule an estimate for your project, you won't be disappointed.I wish I could post pictures for you all to see how soa like it turned out.A big thank you to cross island flooring again for the spectacular *********************Cross Island Flooring LLC

I had 3 Bedrooms and a hallway all done with vinyl locking flooring and all baseboards replaced in a day the installer that came out was very professional and the craftsmanship was professional everything done to perfection. Even down to the scheduling. I needed a week earlier and they fit me in. This company is excellent would definitely use againCross Island Flooring LLC

1 starHad to replace 1610 sq. ft. of tile to be placed in. It took two weeks. They are extremely sloppy. No attention to details. Punch list was long. It included tile not put under door and trim. Marks on wall from cutting tool. I clean garage and spread for bugs and moved furniture into garage to keep clean and bug free. Yup they left the garage door open each day, dust came in and cover everything in the garage; including all my furniture. They had three other doors they could have gone through. It rained every day as it does in ******* and two days the rain came in. what do you think happened to the furniture. When they drove a tile remover zambonie in through the front double doors, they put a couple of pieces of plywood to protect the porch. Cement dust, old floor glue dust from old tile and wood floor deposited on porch. Again two weeks to install the floor dust from them removing the tile with the zambonie, them tracking their feet on the porch without protecting the porch has cement dust, glue dust, and rain for two weeks that stained my porch. FYI porch was painted glues, the cement and glue was white. They came back to power wash the porch to no avail. They had StanleySteem clean my furniture but refuse to do anything about my porch. It will have to be re-painted. It was very difficult to communicate with the workers. I went through Floor Decors and they were ZERO help. I would not recommend Both at all!Review fromMelissa R

1 starHad to replace my floors less than 3 years later!
My flooring was done in 2020 by Cross Island Flooring. David sent out his Contractor Arnold to work on our floors. Arnold had to return 8 times to do “repairs” that were still left sloppy, but we could continue taking extra time off.
After 2 years we noticed the floors had dents and eventually started cracking and lifting in many areas. I then had another flooring company come out to see if they can do repairs on the floors. They said they could not repair this, and asked if we did the floors ourselves. I eventually, after seeing our floors crack and chip as we walked on them had them replaced.
As the new contractor started removing the flooring he showed me all the debris that was not cleared out before putting the new floor down. What they found was nails, small pebbles, the glue from the old carpet, pieces of vinyl, baseboards were not measured properly and were glued together, they didn’t even remove our old linoleum and placed the new flooring on top. Contacted David after the new contractor told me what a crappy job they did and the floors would have to be replaced. David said his work is warranted for a year and that’s it, no compensation, nothing! I would NOT recommend this company as well as I’m also contacting Floors and Decor to whom they referred Cross Island Flooring.Review fromTad P

5 starsThank you David and Daniel for remodeling our bathroom. This is our second job with Cross Island. The first was our tile wood planks for then first floor and this one our master bathroom. Daniel who did the work was great to work with, friendly, and he made suggestions along the way to improve the remodel. David's knowledge of the materials and follow-up was great. Thank you Cross Island!
