    Ordered two bar stools leather to closely match dinning room chairs. Paid extra for special order. Took many months as we new. When arrived the leather was not close. Called there resolution was and I'm 35 plus miles away was that I had to bring stools back and one of my dinning room chairs and that they would reorder the chairs and I would possibly be looking at 3 to 5 more months. I explained that I only have a Crv and it would be difficult to get all chairs into it. If I scratched one of there chairs I would be liable and if I scratched my dinning room chair I would be screwed. I suggested that they bring the samples to me and we could make the exchange. And since it would take so long reordering them that perhaps they could engage one of there people to reapolester them. I waited and no response from anyone so I emailed them and still no attempt to resolve the issue. We spent over a thousand dollars for these stools.
