      gaslighting all the way!not one of my 7 specialists will review findings of the other and analyze a diagnosis. 5 years now not one can help me. referred to specialty hospital mayo or ****** which is 1-2 yr waiting list as I am deteriorating away.Why did i waste 5yrs with HF if they just keep referring you away to others especial two GP's later.

      Answering service is horrible!!!! Called four times in 2 days with 20 mins each time on hold and no answer. Good thing I work with my doctor to tell him what I need.

      There are several good doctors with Health First and I have been going there since 2010. I love my doctors but I am having to leave because I cannot deal with Health First so they are forcing me to find new doctors. They are seriously under staffed. The doctors would *** have a chance if they would just leave Healthfirst. They dont care about their staff nevertheless the patients. Health First themselves need to be shut down. I see a very huge lawsuit coming soon with them. There is no way they can continue running a practice like this and get away with it for long. If you have a good doctor that is with Health First to be patient with him and encourage him to venture out on their own and leave Health First. The team running this group should be in prison.

      As a patient of Health 1st, I found the family practice department in Palm Bay, not too bad, however if you are dealing with something more serious, You will be better cared for elsewhere, When they start referring you to other doctors within their organization, it gives you the impression you are being sold a used car, honestly it seams to be all about the money, for example, after seeing 3 different doctors, none has ever called, text, e mailed, as to your condition after providing services and prescribing medication,
      Now as to collecting payment, they are definitely on top of that, usually, you will get mail, txts, e mails etc, and usually within a week of services.
      In Summary, if it is a possible serious situation, In my opinion, you would be better off elsewhere.

      Dr.**** in Malabar insulted me by calling me "old". I am a 47 year old woman! Lord knows what he tells his patients who are much "older" than me. He ignored my questions and ended by walking out of the room while I was still talking about my condition. So disrespectful.
