Employee of APM verbally assaulted owner and was witnessed by third party.I complained to the owner, *********, and asked that this employee should be immediately terminated. ************** neglected my complaint, and said he was not even going to discipline the employee, although the assault was witnessed by a third-party. I have called APM multiple times and emailed them, there is no response to an owner. This is unacceptable from a management company that is required to respond to owner's requests.

Have made various *** complaints and none of them have been fixed for over a year. *** fees are proposed to rise and still nothing is being done. I have called several times and either nobody picks up or I get told that they have to give violations at least 30 days in other to be enforced. The 30 days have passed and still the same thing keeps going on. There are lots of children in the subdivision and there are no speed limit signs or children at play signs. The other day my child was coming of the bus from school and almost got into an accident because of a red ****** speeding through neighborhood. No one from *** never passes to check subdivision to check on it. There are currently a lot of *** bylaws violations, and nothing is being done about it. The subdivision is making it look like the *** does not care how it supposed to look. The *** should at least pass by and check on subdivision of Hickory Ridge once every month or at least quarterly for the amount of *** money that we are paying. i have three other homes and the *** have never acted like the way this one acts. If this keeps going on, I will petition for another *** to property management neighborhood. I even needed for advocation for more lights throughout Hickory Ridge and we get told that it is the builders problem. Maybe if they were to mention to them, maybe they could see the urgency this is for the safety of the residents. Need *** to do their job and properly manage Hickory Ridge. Sending "EMAILS" to the residents of Hickory Ridge does not work, what needs to be sent should be "Physical Letters" in their mailboxes with tracking and those that are in violation should be sent certified letters only. That way they will see that it is serious for the amount of money they are spending in other unnecessary things.
