    To Whom This May ******************* tried to explain to this customer how we operate and conduct our business, but he does not like our answer and does not want to listen. Every piece of ************* Equipment that comes through our doors will pay a deposit of sixty dollars to be applied to the work performed. The work we performed on his equipment was diagnosing an electrical issue which required one hour of time to test the following: Key Switch, Voltage Regulator,Wire Harness, Solenoid and Starter and the uniqueness of his equipment style had to be performed outside our shop. The amount of time performed to diagnose his electrical problem was one hour. Our shop rate is ****** per hour.

    This customer had to be removed from our place of business by the authorities for his unruly and aggressive behavior.
