    In August 2022 I was moving out of an apartment when i reserved on line with cubesmart with thier ads saying i will be only paying about $165.00 for 10x15 ft storage. But then when i recieved the confirmation email it became $265.85+ the 1 time fee of $29.00. I have not noticed the difference because i was so busy vacating. (You will see it on their current ads. 10x15 for $170.)Then the front desk guy would not accept my on line reservation and want me to sign the papers he prepared. He told me I can't move in unless i signed. Since then i was paying $295 the 1 time fee has been there added monthly. They would not take it off. One time I forgot that our credit card expired so cubesmart charged extra $50 for late fee. Since the Cubesmart again did not take it off so we are now paying $345 every month. Pls help us the supposedly $165/ month now $345. This is false advertising and taking advantage because I'm female short Asian. I asked multiple times that i will down size but they don't approved it. Also during moving of my properties from apartment there had an accident inside cubesmart building my glass pots and pans and other glassware were broken. I ask the ******* to claim it by insurance I purchased from them. The ******* again said i can not. Months after I mentioned it but...According to Gen ******* that didn't happen which we found out that it wasn't reported or noted until I brought it up after yrs. Again please help us get our money back and lower our monthly payment to the right amount as they advertised that it would not change once you reserved online.
