      Deck was not done on time, deck is not built right, underlaying are wrong. These people subbed out this job to build a deck because they dont specialize in decks and they are harassing my roommate to pay them when 1. It hasnt been completed and 2. They dont know how to build a deck correctly up to code with the **************** and 3. Did not pull a permit with the ***************

      ******** *********************, (The home owner) Unfortunately, once and a while a customer, like yourself comes along after having completed your beautiful deck & pergola, you refused to complete the last payment. Our guys who are very trustworthy, family oriented men that came from all over the world to provide for their families who have completed hundreds of jobs, suffered daily from your harassment due to your drug & alcohol abuse. It's very upsetting that you get on the internet bash a company with misleading information and racist comments. After speaking to your neighbors, we are aware you have pulled the same stunt on your roofer, as well as other contractors you have hired. I wish, like all our previous clients, we would have had a better experience.

      We signed a contract to do an equal change out include deck frame (does not require permitting) and a pergola installation. 
      Trex materials have been installed, which is the highest grade material we can use for deck installation (material with lifetime warranty and commercial graded).
      For over a month, we were working to remove your existing, collapsing deck, site cleanup, and installation of a new deck and a pergola, per stated in the contract.
      Throughout the process, my guys were complaining about your harassment and racial remarks from you and your roommates, about their English and accent.
      You were waiting for us to fully complete the project without paying the final balance, after had being sent invoices via email, with all the signed documents, the Home Improvement Contract, Scope of Work, and the payment schedule. $10,956.00 is your balance due!
      Also, you can contact the ******* police department to verify other complains on this address and other issues with ******** *********************.  
      We have a video that the client and her roommate is cursing us while intoxicated and there is a SMOKING BONG on the her table!
      We are working very hard for our good reputation and our code of conduct and it unjust for me and my guys which we are a family oriented company.
