    I brought my dog to Justin Bartlett Animal Hospital in **************** to be seen for 2nd time for a persistent cough & original meds not working. I was seen by Doctor ***** whom gave my dog Osos another round of antibiotics & then also prescribed a cough medicine with Hydrocodone that would need to be filled at a pharmacy. I went to drop it off at ********* pharmacy. When I went back to pick it up, I was informed by the pharmacist that they needed a valid *** license for this medicine to be provided & the vets license was coming up as invalid - in addition to being put on regular prescription paper instead of Blue special controlled substance paper. I had to go back & get a proper prescription Sunday 3/3. Went to pick it up in the morning but YET still no answer on the valid *** license. Pharmacy also reached out to them both days. I contacted them 3 times on 3/3 to see if I could get them to provide *** license to the pharmacy & was promised numerous calls back, which never happened. On Monday 3/4 I went in person to see what was happening since they wer enot returning numerous calls on that same day. They told me the only vet that had that special number would be in 3/5 & would provide then. Called about 10 times only to be promised numerous calls back - including that the vet herself would call me before the end of the day- once again never happened & I can show screen shots with all the calls to them- about 30 calls in those few days. I also explained the dog is continuing to cough to the point of vomiting but they didn't care. Here we are 5 days later with my dog still coughing- after having paid them for two vet visits & still NO proper prescription for this cough medicine which would help the dog's cough.This practice does not care- starting from the people that answer the phones, the managers nor do the vets. They do not have pets best interest at heart. Just wanted to let you know that maybe someone should look into their veterinary practices - as now I did research & saw all the negative comments. ************* are suffering as a result of this practice.     I have not heard back either but did pull both of my pets from their care.
