    Contracted to have an item shipped from ******** to *********. After over 3 weeks the item finally picked up and gone I got an Email that it was picked up and it would cost an extra $300. The reason for the extra cost was due to their unwillingness to contact the company before the pickup and Ignore the pickup requirements that I had sent to them as a courtesy, They acknowledged the receipt of the requirements almost 10 days before pickup. The only thing they had to do was to call the company and schedule the pickup the day prior. After many emails the Broker tried to blame the extra cost on myself, the company that had the equipment and even the weather. They also said I was responsible because I could have stopped the shipment before it had gotten loaded even though I did not know about the extra money they wanted till after the fact. Please do not use this company if you want a good and professional shipping experience.
