  Yesterday I had a service call with Yo from Buckeye Plumbing to replace my garbage disposal. I immediately felt very comfortable with Yo. He checked out my disposal, found that certain objects were lodged in there, and he removed them. The disposal was then working fine. At that point, he asked if I still wanted to change out the disposal for a new one. I appreciated his thought to save me money, but I wanted to go forward with the new one. As I have a reverse osmosis tank in front of the disposal unit under the sink, I was concerned this could be a problem but Yo easily moved the tank. He put in the new unit, he explained what to use to maintain the cleanliness of the unit, he checked for potential leaks, and all was functioning fine. I have used Buckeye several times for plumbing issues in the past and have always been satisfied with the work. Yo was very pleasant, courteous and professional. I will continue to call Buckeye Plumbing when issues arise.

  Buckeye Plumbing has been servicing our HOA for many years. There's a reason why we continue to use them. They are professional, courteous and their customer service is fantastic. The last couple of years we have had ****** service the majority of our work orders and he by far is a great asset to Buckeye. He is very thorough and details the work that was performed with pictures and explanation.I highly recommend them for all services.

  I have used Buckeye Plumbing many times, always with the same excellent results. Response time is quick and the work has always been done professionally and efficiently. I have used other plumbers in the past, but I always go back to Buckeye because I trust them to do the work quickly, properly and charge fairly. The plumber this visit was ******. He was terrific and I have now put him in my contacts as the plumber to request!

  I cannot say enough positive things about your technician Olvid. He expertely and patiently solved and repaired extremely annoying plumbing problems in my utility room, the main bath and the kitchen. Even better, he thoughtfully explained the main reason why all areas where effected, showing me a water attachment on the water heater that was broken and, when detached by Olvid, meant that the virtual lack of hot water in all those locations, and his necessary additional individual adjustments, gave me a "right temperature" hot bath for the first time since I bought this house almost a year ago. Now the water pressure works well in all areas I previously noted. Olvid also left every area spotless, cleaning up after himself like that true pro he is.I have used Buckeye Plumbing for many years and they never disappoint, but as Olvid shows, only get even better.

  Company unresponsive to customer requests. They installed my water heater approximately 5 years ago. I called 3 times over 3 weeks asking if they would recommend installing a new anode to extend life of water heater. Each representative I spoke too took the information and promised to call back after they check it out. To date no call backs
