I signed contract with treasure pool on 5/16/24. and paid ***** dollars deposit for install a pool for the house, the treasure cashed the ***** on 5-20-24. On 5-24, I changed the contract to 9700, but the sales did not provide the actual revised contract and addendum to the building department which was mis presentation and the permits was withdraw by the city recently. The company never paid any fees to the city. On 9-17-24, *** still denied the pool plan from the company, the the sales knew his check never been cashed by the **** On 10-16-24, because the neighborhood was damaged by Tornado, I canceled the pool, the sale tried to cash the blank check from my personal account on ***** and my California credit union closed my account and my account is frozen. I do not bank any bank here in Florida, the city employee ***** contacted the owner-***** ****** ********** and ***** wanted to refund my deposit. My neighbor and me went to the store to pick the check and their lawyer offered 50 percent, and I disagreed. City manage -**** called me to go the store to pick my money yesterday, the owner called police to kick me out. The Florida state board and license said this company never build any pool for me, they should refund my deposit back especially the sale tried to steal money from my account. Even though is only 100, it is still fraudulent. his illegal behavior caused me had a financial hardship. It has been 7 months already, nothing ever happened in my property. The *** denied the pool plane due to incomplete documents it is not my fault. and it is clearly fraud. The *** is ********************************** the city manager already verified all information that I provided so the city wanted to help me. The sales is a liar, he made many mistakes on the process, he mislead the city, Their lawyer offered me a refund, my neighbor and their account ***** also heard, please help me. thank you very much.

I am the attorney for Treasure Pools & Services****** Our response to ******** ****** BBB Complaint is summarized in the attached November 8, 2024 letter to Ms. *********** The documents referenced in that letter are now attached to this Response. Also attached to this Response is the Contract Addendum showing the change to the pool plans that Ms. **** requested, and relatedly, the plans that were submitted to the ************************** ***** by Treasure Pools on Ms. ****** behalf. These plans were approved and the ***** issued a permit for the revised pool plan. As I wrote in the letter to Ms. ***** however, she failed to pay her homeowner's association the required $2500 fee to review her plans. This was a payment that she had to make, not Treasure Pools.

This lawyer, *** is a liar who get paid to cover up a crime. He received my 30 days' notice, and he lied about the city is***d a permit with actual contract. The city never received actual contract after they showed me the video camera. I will file a civil law *** against this unethical business, they have to return the ****** plus interest and my flights tickets with inflection emotional distress caused by treasure pool. They are never ever started the work, and they withhold ***** for 8 months from me. What a jerk. Thank you for the better business *****. I will report this lawyer for violation with state bar, he knew the material facts and he cover up for the thief. Treasure pool stole my money and 211 sent me to the food bank. The ** and the court already aware about this criminal activity happened by Treasure Pool. I am Asian and I did not know anyone in Florida, this is the reason Treasure pool wanted to have all my deposit plus stole my 100 dollars deposit while I was in Florida.Business Response

This is a reply on behalf of my client, Treasure Pools, to the latest submission by the Complainant ******** ****. Per the attached follow-up letter I sent to Ms. **** on November 19, 2024, Treasure Pools offered to increase the amount it was willing to return of her $10,600.00 security deposit, by $2,178.23, which represents the permit fee that was itself returned to Treasure Pools after Ms. ****'s pool contract was canceled by Treasure Pools.
The latest submission by Ms. **** is baseless and defamatory as to me and my client and completely ignores the fact - as I said in my first submission to the BBB - that this entire matter is due to Ms. **** failure to pay her homeowner's association the required $2500.00 fee to have it consider the plans to have her pool extend beyond the restrictions imposed in the HOA's rules and bylaws.
Given the true facts of this case, I am immediately requesting that this matter be closed with a favorable decision in Treasure Pools' favor.
