    I live in a community guarded by this company. Their guards consistently let people into the community without notifying the residents. Only if someone is on a list, are they supposed to let someone in without calling, but this happens very frequently. I work for a law enforcement agency and live in a gated community due to the extra protection it provides, yet I do not at all feel protected by this company. I have the personal cellphone of the owner, *******************, and have spoken with her dozens of times regarding the negligence and lies told from the security officers she hires. Despite the numerous complaints, we continue to have this problem. They are not holding their employees accountable for the safety of the residents in the communities they work for. I do not want to wait until something terrible happens for this to be addressed. I would rather be proactive than reactive, but nothing works.

    Dear ***************************, I've had a chance to review your complaint, and I'd like to apologize for your issues. Thank you for taking the time to share that with me so I can make it right. We have talked with the guards and they are going to make sure these issues never happen again. We have not had any other complaints from the community since we have changed out some of the staff. We strive to make things better and you can feel free to call me anytime. We have been working on this site for over 9 years and have worked closely with Management and the Board Members to keep your Home safe.
