    On January 19, 2023, I purchased vertical blind in the amount of $1800.00. Due to upcoming home renovations February 2023 & March 2023 it was agreed by both ******************************* Blinds that installation would occur after completion of renovations to my home. At this time, I Zelle Camacho Verticals $900.00 as he requested.I received a call from Camacho Verticals requesting to drop off the blinds orders to my home. Again, it was agreed that installation would be done after renovation. Upon delivery of the blinds, on February 2, 2023, the remaining balance of $900.00 was paid. (Check # ***)On March 25th,, verticals were installed. At the time of the installation both my ************ were present. Upon my arrival from work that evening, I noticed that there were issues with verticals. The verticals in my mothers room were extremely short, as well as in other rooms through-out my home. I contacted Camacho Vertical on 03/31/23 leaving a lengthy voice message, as well as a text requesting, he contacts me. I spoke with Camacho Verticals and as per our conversation he agreed to re-cut the verticals but as of todays date it has not been done.Camacho Verticals agreed to come out the morning of April 10, 2023. I took the day off to be available for them, yet they did not arrive as scheduled. Between 04/10/23 & 05/21/23 numerous phone *************** have not been returned.I reached out to them once again on Monday May 22, 2023, by text. I informed them that I would be available on 05/25/2023 between from 1pm & 2:30pm. Response Yes. NO SHOW! This has been an on-going issue since March 31,23, I have lost time/pay from work to resolve it to no avail.Camacho Verticals was highly recommended by my sister as well as a co-worker and I regret doing business with them.I want this issue resolved to accommodate my schedule as well as compensation for my lost time.DOUCMENTATION AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

    We already attended to this clients needs and satisfied her complaint. She was happy with the results at the end. I apologize for not replying to the complaint online,  I contacted the client directly and took care of issue.
