    We picked up our RV from Drew's RV Techs on Dec 5, 2022 and the RV is UNUSABLE! Per personal guarantee from the business owner, we were assured he would hire experienced repair staff to complete repairs and updates to our RV because the original repair technician quit. The RV was completed after 5 months. Our RV is UNUSABLE! During basic repairs and updates, Drew's did not reconnect electrical wires, left other wires disconnected on the floor, the generator will not start, the dashboard gauges do not work, the exit stairs do not retract, partially installed new bathroom sink and toilet and are not connect to the plumbing, disconnected the LP Gas Leak detector and left it in a plastic parts bin, left a 4" hole in the kitchen floor and underbelly fabric, the slide no longer works and ripped 2 holes in the new flooring when trying to operate, the new flooring has obvious ripples and air bubbles, the new flooring was cut around seat belt anchors even though it is an open space and they damaged several basement compartments that should not have been impacted by the project. As we gather more information, it appears we were charged for work that was not done and extremely poor workmanship. The day we picked up the RV, Drew's charged us and additional final bill that was 100% more than the original quote. Drew will not look at the RV and will not take responsibility. He is retiring, sold his building, land, and business assets, kept our money and retained no one to help repair the issues he caused with his last customers. His sales manager was told to tell us we could sue him, that's why he keeps an attorney on retainer.
