      **** *******, who runs the company contracted to replace the screen on top of my pool cage which was damaged by Hurricane ******. He sent his ***, ***** out the following day and it seemed fine until we started noticing tears in the corners. Once I saw that, I did a closer inspection only to realize he didnt install any bead in the crossmembers either. I texted him a picture and requested that he rectify the issue. There was no reply. I then called, he initially pretended not to know who I was. When I reminded him, he then remembered. I asked him to take care of the issues, he said ok. I asked if hed be able to do it within the next day or so. He sarcastically chuckled and said Sure. No problem . A couple of days went by and **** was impossible to reach. Of course, he had cashed the check by this time. At that point I did the research I should have done prior to hiring him and discovered his company (according to ******) has not been registered since 2009. He does bad work and doesnt honor his commitments. I feel he ripped me off for $1700. Unfortunately, no license is required for ******************, however to do any work to the structure does. My advice to anyone looking for screen repairs is to look elsewhere and make sure there is a written quote and a written receipt. I would have given no stars if it were possible. In my opinion hiring this guy is throwing your money away.Poor workmanship and poor quality materials. Terrible experience!

      The screen is tight and went back in tighter then it was. And the one spot consumer is referring to is were the metal was not installed properly by another business and there is a bubble. The consumer did not contact us to allow us to come back out to view and address before they filed with the BBB. Sorry they are having these issues. There are a lot of people who had damage from storms and we are booked up at this time. The consumer paid our employee and stated the work was great.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The response from Professional Screening was riddled with lies. 
      I did contact the owner of the business, told him about the issues (from his installation). 
      He agreed to take care of the issues (sarcastically) and refused to respond to me voicemails and texts afterward.
      The name of the company should be Unprofessional Screening. I was taken advantage of and wanted to report it so perhaps, other people wouldnt fall victim to these people like we did. At this point, I dont want this individual anywhere near my property. He is dishonest and has absolutely no integrity. 
      As I stated in my original complaint, Professional Screening, according to ****** is not even an active, registered company.
